Now that your content is the way you want it to be, you can share that content on Facebook (or Twitter or LinkedIn, or Pinterest if it's a page with an attached image).
Once you're done editing the item, and it has been saved, mouse-over the Share button to reveal your options.
In order to share anything on Facebook you need to have a Facebook account, and already be logged in. If you are not, clicking the "Share on Facebook" link will bring you to a log screen for Facebook. You should probably just open up a new tab in your browser (Ctrl-T), go to Facebook.com and log in first.
Clicking the Share on Facebook link opens a pop-up in your browser. If you have your pop-up blocker enabled, you'll need to approve the pop-up opening.
Once the pop-up loads with all the Facebook stuff in there, you have a couple options for where this item will be shared:
This option will share the item on your own wall in Facebook. All your "friends" will see it, just like if you posted anything else to your wall.
This option will share the item on your Friend's wall. If you choose this option, a new line will appear where you can begin typing in names, and a list of Friends will drop down to choose from.
This option will share the item on the wall of a Group you are a member of. If you choose this option, a new line will appear where you can begin typing in names, and a list of Groups will drop down to choose from.
This option will share the item on the wall of a business Page you admin. This is your best option, if you have a Facebook Page. If you don't, your next best option is "On your own Timeline."
Once you have chosen where the item you are sharing will go on Facebook, you should add some text. There is a single-line text box labeled "Say something about this." Just click into that text box and type in a short message that either supports the headline of your shared item, or explains why you're sharing it.
Below the text you can add, there is a mock-up of what the post will look like once it's on Facebook. However, if your item has an Attached Image, it will not appear here. We don't know why. It just doesn't. It will show once you've posted the item. You'll have to go to Facebook.com and see for yourself.
