The Procurement Module (also known as RFP software), created by Montague WebWorks, allows Towns and non-profits to post their own RFP (Request for Proposals), IFB (Invitation to Bid), RFQ (Request for Quote), RFI (Request for Information), and RFT (Request for Tender) Procurement projects on their website in an automated, open manner.
The workflow allows you to post the project type (RFP, etc), Category, Department, Fiscal Year, and Full Description, as well as important dates, such as Published date and time, Bid Meeting date and time, Q&A Closed date and time, Bids Due date and time, Bids Opened date and time, and Bid Awarded date and time.
You can also attach files and post announcements relating to the project, which vendors can only see once they register their intent on the website itself. Once they're signed in, they can also post Questions about the project.
Vendors may register for multiple projects, once logged in, with a single sign-in, and see at a glance which projects they have registered for.
You may contact all vendors about upcoming projects, based on skills they have associated themselves with, as well as the general public that has subscribed to such notices.
All projects are archived, and are searchable.
This RFP / Procurement Module is part of RocketFusion's Open Government Module.
